User acknowledges that delivered product may not be an exact color match to the rendered image on the Internet Site. User indemnifies PHOTOSLATESTORE.COM for any costs User incurs as a result of variances in color reproduction including, but not limited to, returns, lost income, discounts, and punitive damages.

Our Guarantee

Because every photo product is personalized, the quality depends on your photo. Photo Slate Store is not responsible for customers errors, resulting from misspelled text and/or poor resolution image. If an item does not meet with your approval due to damage in shipment, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund your purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
