1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhotoSlateStore.com (the “Site”) and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Orders, Personalization & Proofing

  • Personalized products: Most items are made-to-order using the photo(s) and text you submit.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order details (photo selection, cropping, spelling, names, dates, and layout) before checkout.
  • Photo quality: Final results depend on the resolution and quality of the original image. Low-resolution images may appear blurry or pixelated in print.
  • Color variation: Colors may vary due to monitor settings, color profiles, printing processes, and other factors. A delivered product may not be an exact match to the on-screen preview.

3. Uploaded Content & Prohibited Content

You represent that you own or have permission to use any photo, artwork, logo, or text you upload and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

We may refuse or cancel any order that includes content we determine (in our discretion) to be unlawful, hateful, threatening, pornographic, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

License to fulfill your order: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content only as needed to produce and fulfill your order and provide customer support.

Marketing use: We will not use your photos/order previews for marketing examples unless you have provided explicit permission (opt-in).

4. Pricing, Payment & Fraud Prevention

  • Prices and product availability may change without notice until your order is successfully submitted and paid.
  • Payment is authorized and charged at the time you place your order.
  • We may cancel or hold orders for additional verification to help prevent fraud.

5. Production, Shipping & Delivery Delays

Production time and shipping options are described on our Shipping Information page. Shipping transit time is separate from production time.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and provide available options consistent with applicable prompt-delivery rules.

Tracking information is provided when your order ships (when available).

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because most products are personalized and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., you changed your mind, entered incorrect text, or uploaded the wrong photo).

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error, contact us within 7 days of delivery (recommended) with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • At our discretion, we will either (a) reprint and reship the item, or (b) issue a refund/credit for the affected item(s).
  • We may request additional photos or return of the item for quality review before issuing a refund or replacement.

Customer-provided errors

We are not responsible for issues caused by customer-provided content or choices, including misspellings, incorrect dates/names, poor-resolution images, or intentional cropping/layout selections.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties where permitted, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoSlateStore.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In all cases, our liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item(s) giving rise to the claim.

8. Site Intellectual Property

The Site content (design, text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by PhotoSlateStore.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

  • Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, natural disasters, outages).
  • Changes: We may update these Terms by posting an updated version on the Site. Changes apply prospectively.
